MP officially opens Bertie Bees Nursery at Stockingford Academy
We were delighted to welcome Jodie Gosling, MP for Nuneaton, to Stockingford Academy to officially open our brand new nursery provision, Bertie Bees.
During her visit, Jodie enjoyed a tour of the setting led by our fantastic children, who proudly showed her around and invited her to take part in activities. A highlight of the visit was the sandpit, where Jodie joined in and even created a “cake” with the children.
Jodie also spent time speaking with staff about the nursery provision and met with our Headteacher, Trust CEO and Chair of Governors to discuss the latest developments at the academy and across Inspire Education Trust.
Bertie Bees has been carefully designed to give children the very best start to their education, supporting them before they enter Reception and helping to prepare them for the transition into mainstream school.
The visit concluded with the official opening of Bertie Bees, marked by a ribbon cutting ceremony.
We are incredibly proud to open Bertie Bees and to provide a high quality, nurturing early years environment for children and families in our community.
We still have spaces available for September. To find out more or apply, please visit our Nursery page
